Huram Design Studio helped the client to move the project forward by assisting with Party Wall Awards, creating detailed design drawings and preparing Tender documents and navigating the process. 
The property enjoys views of lots of mature trees on the neighbouring properties. And to capitalise on these views we used as much glass as possible for the roof and rear elevation. The result is a very light and airy space with lots of unobstructed views to conect the inside and outside. There was also a strong drive to create simple clean lines through out the flat.
